Definetely the place to stay when you visit Arezzo. One of the cosiest places we have ever been to. Located in the middle of the town, yoi will reach museums, bars, restos, churches, shopping etc. within minutes. Even though there is quite some folks down in the streets (Corso Italia is pedestrian area), you have a quite silent refuge at the apartment (2nd floor with elevator and balcony on the rear side). We were the first to enjoy the newly installed A/C which works properly :). Stefano is a great host, you should go there and meet him. 10/10! <3

The property is very spacious, well equipped kitchen (and washing machine), extremely comfortable overall, in a great location right in the middle of Arezzo. Stefano’s advice and help with parking and general information and his assistance with our luggage and to help us settle in was excellent. Would have loved to stay longer.

Centrally located in a town that is ideally situated for travelling around Tuscany. Great transport links for train and bus. Very clean and spacious for a stay of any length. Great location convenient for all attractions.

Our wonderful stay at Il Canzoniere started with meeting our lovely hosts Stefano & Chiara. They allowed us to drop off our bags early and gave us a great introduction to Arezzo and many of its’ treasures. Perfect location for exploring, with easy access to the train. We loved the apartment, full of historical charm but super modern for living in. Light, spacious and airy; also quiet even though we were in the centre of the town. We hope to return.
