Attentive welcome by the owner Walter, nice common area with mineral water at will and other stuff, large bedroom with amenities, convenient parking, excellent breakfast in the garden with local tomatoes grown at less than 5 meters away

Simply amazing, the host is super nice, the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. There is not a piece of plastic in sight: everything is done in an eco-friendly way that does not decrease the comfort. The WiFi is blazing fast. The breakfast is also great. This stay really extended my expectations for others, I didn’t know things can get this good.

We loved how the attentive the host was. We loved all the added extras from: the free water fountain, the wine, , hair dryer, straightner, the breakfast. The room was spacious and a lovely design, great location!!

Ideal situation for visiting the historical centre, close to railway. Room was spacious and finished to a high standard. Host was friendly and very helpful. Very nice breakfast

The property has been so well thought through for the needs of travellers. Little touches like free water (and wine!) made it a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Walter is a lovely host who really looks after you.

Close to the rail station on the edge of the old city .. Arezzo is a very pleasant experience.. without the crush of tourists .. the sights and restaurants are charming

Easy to reach and park. There is a park just behind a house in case you want to do some morning exercise or just walk a dog. The apartment was clean and well equipped, up to details such as special liquid soap for intimate hygiene! The breakfast was delicious and coffee of barista quality.
