The owners have pitched themselves as eco and bio and they certainly succeed, giving alot of thought to their offering - both accomodation and breakfast.

We loved the B&B!! The self-check-in worked absolutely perfectly. There is also the possibility to leave your luggage, if the room is not ready yet. The B&B and the owners, Ferdinando and Valentino, are adorable. Ferdinando prepares an abundant breakfast every morning, with home-made yoghurt of all kinds, kefir, porridge and everything your heart could desire. If you have a food intolerance, this is probably one of the most thoughtful breakfast buffets I have seen. The terrace is lovely and can be used all day. It has a fireplace and we almost regretted that we hadn't arrived in later autumn to sit there and enjoy it. The rooms are colourful, very comfortable and every detail is thought out. We stayed for almost a week and felt totally at home. The area is lively, very normal and safe. It gives you a feel of a different, less touristy Arezzo. The location is perfect. When you follow the underpass and get out at the back of the train station, the b&b can be reached in 5 minutes. It is perfectly placed for short daytrips by train and there are a lot that you can do from Arezzo. The medieval centre can be reached by turning just one corner and then walking straight on. It takes about 5 minutes and a bit longer to Piazza Grande. Valentino has opened a restaurant, Valentino Verde, just around the corner from the B&B, which was perfect for us, since the weather was a bit unpredictable and it often rained in the evenings. The food was delicious and the atmosphere as nice and inviting as that of the B&B. We felt absolutely at home. The heart and soul of the B&B are Ferdinando and Valentino. They are kind, open-minded and open-hearted. Staying there teaches, shows and reminds you that the most important thing in life is to share a smile and kindness. It was more than a travel experience, it was heart-opening. We would always come back! Thank you!!!

The accomodation is a short walk from the town centre and main tourist attractions. Our room ‘Dependence’ was large, quiet and very comfortable, with a little private area at the end of the courtyard. Ferdinand and Valentino were delightful and breakfast was absolutely scrumptious.

This B&B is excellent! We liked absolutely everything. The location is great, close to the center and with good restaurants. Ferdinando and Valentino are the perfect hosts! They are kind, helpful and very friendly. You will stay in the best B&B in Arezzo.

Our room was spacious with a generous sized bathroom, all immaculately clean. Good air con. Both proprietors were exceptionally nice and very helpful. The (continental) breakfast offering was superb, much better than one would normally find at this sort of property. We sat on a lovely terrace and our hosts brought tea and coffee to our table. They clearly work hard to make staying there a nice experience. I would choose to go back if I visit the area again.

What an absolutely amazing B&B! The place is beyond exceptional: from the welcome, cute spaces, comfortably spacious rooms (bed was phenomenal) to the kind and friendly staff, I can’t recommend this place enough!! Great vibe with relaxing meditation music on the large outside terrace. The breakfast bar is fantastic and includes homemade yogurts, muesli!! Thank you for looking after me and making my stay perfect.
