Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.The payment of the reservation is made directly at the property at the moment of the check in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Very well located, there is a 24h reception and the staff is nice and helpful ! The rooms are comfortable and there is always hot water ! The WiFi works almost always very well. They also stored our luggages for the night we were away for the Canyon de Colca trek.

The location was great. The breakfast had juice and fried egg in it. You can leave your backpack there even for multiple days if you go to Colca Valley, and they tag the backpacks, so it is more secure.

Me and my husband really liked the hotel, it was pleasant to see that hotel is practicing swiss level of service! All the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has good location and quality of service for attractive price.

Very nice staff and constantly helpful. Nice breakfast and great rooftop terrace. The showers had great temperature and water preassure.

Very kind and helpful staff - allowed me to check in early and helped me find a clinic when i arrived very sick, and were very supportive the whole time i was there. The room was clean and comfortable and the water was warm.
