To be exempt from paying this 18% sales tax surcharge, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport.Both documents are required to qualify for the sales tax exemption. Clean. Comfy Small room but there is room service cleaning daily, which is amazing Lovely host Stored luggage there to go hike in colca canyon for 3 days at no extra cost

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was simply perfect! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the entire organization of the place ran smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out to us was the owner’s kindness and hospitality. He welcomed us warmly, even offered us a free beer on arrival, which was such a nice touch after a long journey. After our tour on the last day, even though we had already checked out, he kindly let us use the showers before we left for the bus terminal. That kind of generosity really made a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience and outstanding service!

We stayed at La Casa de Irma for four nights, and it was excellent. The service was the best we experienced in Peru - the staff gave us great recommendations on things to do in Arequipa and even let me use their reception area in the morning for a digital meeting. The location is also fantastic. Highly recommended!

Really clean, comfortable and modern hotel. Location was walking distance to everything - good restaurants, historic center etc. Also felt really safe. Really good view over the city from the rooftop breakfast area. Breakfast was just eggs, bread and juice, but very nice. Staff were really friendly. They kept our bags safe for a few hours after check out. We really appreciated the 24 hour tea/coffee station in reception!

Great location, close to the city, on a very quiet street. Very clean, hot shower, strong wifi. Basic breakfast but served on a pleasant terrace with view to the mountains.

Fabulous location. Friendly and accomodating staff - they let us check in early when we arrived at 5:30am which was much appreciated. The room is very comfortable - great bed and bathroom. Amazing views of mount misti. Delicious breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable rooms! The showers were good and WiFi good. Location was great, just a short walk to the plaza. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful! Being able to leave our bags there for the day of check out was very helpful too.

Fantastic location, within the historic centre but just far enough from the busy area for it to be quiet. Hotel is down a short alleyway, so hidden away. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and things to see and do within 10 minutes walking (max). No lift so not suitable if you can't walk up the stairs. The breakfast was lovely, on the top floor over looking the rooftops. Some staff didn't speak english but they had translate on their computer, so we had no issues with asking questions. They were all very friendly. Our bed was big enough for 4 people to sleep in. Everywhere was very clean. Definitely recommend staying here and worth the money too.
