I went to Arequipa with Peru Hop. I arrived around 6am. They gave me to early check in, so I could go to sleep for a while. And in front of the desk, the madam Natalia is very nice to help me sort out my day tour problems. I very recommend this hotel.

The room was lovely - large with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage for our bags. Nice bathroom with good hoy shower. Lovely garden area and good location, only three or four blocks from the main Square and historical buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they happily stored our luggage overnight while we went to Colca Canyon. Also got our washing done for a reasonable price - the hotel charges per kilo as local laundry services do, not per item as most hotels did.

The gardens, the staff and the best hot shower and comfortable beds ever! The staff were so friendly and the gardens perfect for a day of no tourist visits and to relax, read a book and feel away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This is a lovely tranquil space in a pretty but busy city. The garden is lovely, the ambience peaceful and breakfast is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed staying here. Would recommend a few days.

Very friendly staff who were always happy to help. Activities easily arranged via the reception desk. Beautiful courtyard garden, oasis of peace in the middle of a noisy city. Very comfortable bed and nice shower.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. The garden is lovely and relaxing. The day staff were all helpful and welcoming. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk from the main square.
