The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean and Siran and her family were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than predicted, and in the rain, and Siran let us check in early. Breakfast was delicious and full of home-made foods (the tea and the jam were delicious!), and Siran accommodated our dietary requirements. Siran's son helped arrange a car for us to travel to Yerevan, for which we were very grateful. Homely atmosphere in a beautiful setting, would absolutely recommend!

The structure is brand new, the interiors have nothing to envy with respect to a 3-4 stars hotel. The family of the owner will greet you, with smiling children and a true sense of hospitality. Highly recommended.

Quiet house in the countryside. 5-10 min ride to the cave and the monastery in Areni. Wineries are close by as well. The room was clean, spacious bathroom ( we got the bigger room that actually fits 3 ppl even though it was 2 of us). The breakfast was great. The family serves you in the dining room. Food is good and the view is awesome. We were the first ones down for breakfast so we enjoyed the meal in peace, but even when the rest of the guests joined everyone was quiet and respectful, enjoying the food and the view. The hosts are great people. Great place for overnight when exploring that part of Armenia on the way there or back from Tatev.

Very quiet place, just few hundred meters from the main road going thru Areni, easy access to wine sellers. Very caring hostess. Breakfeast and dinner very good.

It was amazing experience. Host and his family was extremely friendly and welcoming. Clean and nice new guesthouse with nice rooms. Great location in calm neigborhood with plenty of spots to see around. Really recommended, good value for money and very tasty and rich breakfast. Thanks so much for hospitality and great stay 🫶🌄⭐️

Absolutely wonderful stay! Karo and his family are incredibly pleasant and helpful. We used the shuttle service, and Karo went above and beyond, showing us various attractions and even stopping at our request—all without any extra charge. The added touch of Armenian music made it even more special. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the valley. Breakfast was delightful, and we also enjoyed a delicious dinner with wine. As a vegetarian, I appreciated their thoughtful menu, which featured tasty options just for me. We even shared a warm hug at the end of our stay and were treated to some lovely wine. I can't recommend this place enough and would love to return!
