We liked the location. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and cosy. We really enjoyed the wine tasting experience in the evening. It was informative and there were very tasty wines. We enjoyed listening to and talking to the hostess.

This is a family run business, and we received a warm welcome. The BnB is just off the main road so it is quiet. But it is still within walking distance of restaurants. The restaurant (owned by the same family) was just a short walk away and served some of the best food we had in Armenia. Additionally, breakfast was served on site and was just as tasty - everything was homemade.

The surrounding of accomodation offers plenty of places for trips, such is the monastery Noravank. The rooms are clean with everything what you need. The owner is very fine and helpull woman speaking as well Russian as English. Especially once again thanks for quick founding transfer to Yerevan.

The staff is incredibly friendly and speaks a very good english. The structure is new, the room are nice and clean. You can park in front of the structure. The breakfast in the terrace was really good :)
