The staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. The meal in the restaurant was good. There was entertainment in the pub that evening, which was brilliant. Everyone in the pub - including the bar staff - were having a great time.

Having always had our short break holiday's in the UK this hotel has been the best. The hospitality on everything, especially the staff and food was second to none.

Beautiful location in small village of Ardfern . Small ,cosy hotel with friendly,helpful staff who went out of there way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms are amazing - warm ,most comfortable beds ever and on ground floor. Cosy, well stocked bar frequented by friendly locals and food was excellent. 0 Can't wait to go back.
