We had a lovely room with a balcony and space for table chairs, and sunbeds. The room was large and the bathroom excellent with a very good shower. The hotel is in the old town with lots of cobbled streets and places to see.

This is our second stay at El Convento, our favourite hotel in Arcos. We love the friendly personnel, the airy rooms and the views across the vega. The place is spotlessly clean and centrally located for excellent restaurants such as La Carcel (we have been visiting Arcos for over 20 years and this is the best!)

Location is great. Quiet road yet very central. Fantastic views from the very big private terrace. Breakfast was good. Staff were very kind.
