Our panoramic suite was even better than the pictures. Nicely decorated with style, lovely balcony facing the sea with a table and lounge chairs. It was great to have a kitchen to store snacks and drinks. Personally loved the electric blinds and lighting quality. Private parking for the property and a private entrance was a nice unexpected addition. If you want to be at the beach, relax, and feel calm, this is the best location you could find. Few minutes walk from downtown arcachon - and even faster using the bike path!

Brilliant location and beautiful apartment and facilities. Lola, very friendly on reception and stayed late to meet us after we were delayed in traffic. The team is very helpful, Karen was a delight and answering all our questions, helping us sort out the TV so my son could see netflix in English. Ideally, you need instructions as travellers are going to want to stream media, but when all in french, it was impossible to do that without help. The apartment decor is stunning, and we would highly recommend it, but there are a few things that are needed to bring up to scratch. The pictures on booking .com for the prestige suite show 2 outdoor loungers, but your apartment only had space for 1, so this was a little disappointing because we couldn't sit out together in our little garden. The main bedroom had an overhead space for a fan or maybe a light but this was missing with just bare wires hanging down and no fitting in place, I was quite dissapointed with this and also we really needed the fan as it was very warm in the back room. The bathroom is beautifully designed and the bath is lovely, small issue both doors in the bathroom and toilet the door handles were broken so cooming loose in your hands when you tried to lock the door. The review would have been 5 stars if these little details had been sorted. The recycling is good, the apartment does need some instructions though as we struggled to use the hob and unbelievably we couldn't get the sofa bed to pull out it seemed stuck but there was a loop of fabric you pulled to release the bed. If we had been shown, it would have been helpful as our son had to sleep with us when we couldn't get the bed to work. Little details, but they really make a big difference, and that would mean it is truly a 5 star service. Great location, but be aware that in order to book the club plage restaurant, you need to do that a few weeks before arrival, or you have no chance.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was beautifully decorated, well equipped and in our case with big windows and a balcony facing the beach and sea with lovely views. Staff was very helpful and assisted with arranging bike rental. Bikes were delivered to us. Can totally recommend moving around by bike to go to restaurants, shops and beaches nearby and just to see all the beautiful streets and houses of the idyllic town. There are great bike lanes everywhere. Downstairs ice cream kiosk had delicious ice creams too. I will definitely stay here if I ever come to Arcachon again.
