Modern, fresh rooms with tasteful decor, a desk, TV, wardrobe, and space for luggage. The fridge was handy for cooling drinks, and the in-room coffee machine with free coffee was a nice touch. Free parking is a plus, and the hotel is close to some nice restaurants on the quieter side of Arbatax. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well, and towels were changed once during our 4-night stay.

Large room and bathroom, friendly and accommodating host. Plenty of parking space. Water bottle in a fridge and Nespresso machine.

The apartment had plenty of parking spots available and is located in walking distance to the beach. The difference between a good accommodation and a very good accommodation is the feeling if someone is there for you. If have a question or are in need of advice someone answers your call quick and professionally. We had this feeling, thanks to our host. We were very grateful for your recommendation regarding our boatytour with Frabrizio. An unforgettable experience.

Claudio gently wait is over midnight for a late check in! The room is super big with a bathroom almost the same size
