Staff were more than welcoming and friendly for no particular reason. Things reported were dutifully looked after. Breakfast has everything and our whole family was quite full and ready for a full day.

Breakfast is poor and very expensive. Room was clean and warm. Very well located, right in the center of the city. The place though looks like ancient hotel, wanting to be 4 stars, but...not really. Parking is to be paid. Not very pleasant. Restaurant employees are so so nice.

The hotel looks very beautiful, outside and inside. The modern glassy part of the exterior is out of line considering the historical buildings around, but being behind from the street line it works out. The inside is elegant and nicely decorated, both on the corridors and inside the rooms. I had dinner and breakfast and the food and service were very good. Travelling for work, there was no time to check other facilities, but given the central location, it provided a very good point to start a city walk.

Very good location, has parking, price to value was the best, family with two big kids. The room was clean, warm, comfortable.. Very good breakfast and a lot of options.

The hotel is really good, comfortable, and wide space. At the center of the city (its also nice, especially during winter hollidays. Good restaurant with various menu.
