Good hotel because the staff makes it so, there’s nothing so special about the accommodation, as we’ve initially thought, but we still enjoyed. Excellent location in the forest, not too far from Santa’s village. Very friendly and helpful personnel, the make up for the hotel’s shortcomings. :) The lake Finnish sauna is a must!

Perfect location, away from settlement, town or village. Nestled n tucked-in in a quiet, serene n widespread area. Lovely staff n services including breakfast spread n hskpg. Strongly recommended.

We stayed in the Kammi glass igloo and it was beautiful. The windows could be heated up and defrosted so you can see out even after snowfall. Kammi had a kitchenette which included stove, hood, coffee machine and microwave. Beds were super comfortable, like sinking into a cloud each night. The provided buffet breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful spot right in front of the lake. The view, the northern lights, the food at Aitta restaurant, all made for an unforgettable stay.

The staff were friendly right when we reach the property (immediately offered to helped us with our luggages when we drop off) till check out (offering to keep a lookout for our taxi while we have our breakfast). Igloo stay was comfortable, per what is shown in pictures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were incredibly helpful at every stage. Activities run though the hotel (Dog sledding and Horse ride) were great and winter gear provided by the hotel was excellent too. We stayed in a Kammi igloo and loved it. Thank you so much to all the staff for all of their help.

Apukka was outstanding! We had the most wonderful stay with exceptional staff. The igloos were just beautiful and comfortable. Seeing the northern lights 2 days in a row were a bonus .. Thank you for amazing two days .
