The Boatyard is a two storey apartment in an active boatyard. The views are amazing across to Instow watching the tides and birds. All the facilities you need are provided in a clean and comfortable home.

Views and apartment size was great. Nice and clean. kitchen was well set up. location was what we wanted. Quiet with the ability to have a stroll. watched a lovely sunrise whilst drinking morning cuppa. heating coming on was a nice suprise and meant property was warm comfy bed
