The location is just perfect: very calm, very safe, very nice, on the top of a hill so you have beautiful views everywhere. A lot of things around to visit within a 30 minutes drive. The outside territory is well maintained and clean, with many sitting possibilities. The breakfast was very tasty, the owners are kind and friendly. The rooms are spacy and were very clean. There is a pool outside but we hadn't time to use it.

Stunning surroundings with views for miles! Owners very accommodating with a hands off approach which was great. Plenty of options for breakfast - savoury breakfast items including cheese, ham, eggs and bread available upon request (just ask!).

This property has a stunning location on top of a hill with 270 degree views to the other hills and farms around. The pool area looked lovely but unfortunately we couldn't use it as it was raining. The room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped.

Amazing stay in the countryside of the Marche region! Olive trees all around, beautiful view, cozy apartment. Liliana and her crew run a local production of Pecorino cheese, and the restaurant is open on Sundays (reservation needed). We could watch them make cheese on Wednesday morning - such an experience!
