Wen housecleaning toilet essentials weren’t refilled had to keep asking for toilet paper, rubbish bins weren’t emptied til they came in a few days after.

When I booked my room at the time it was including breakfast but when I arrived it was not included which was very disappointed . Bookin.com needs to communicate all the information to your client so we don’t end up looking like an idiot.

Staff at the hotel were very very respective, friendly and welcoming. The service level is quite high compare to some hotels or business places visited during my stay in Tonga.

Location was great, we booked rental car right next door (Budget Rentals) and the Apia markets was a 2minute walk
