We loved this hotel! We had a family room and it was a good size, great bathroom with bath. Housekeeping was excellent, front of house staff was excellent. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is in a great location - doesnt look like much in a way but it is close to the Ancient Roman city centre, the bus and train and the Aosta - Pila gondola. The hotel decor is fun, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They made our stay so pleasant. The hotel décor was so beautiful. Well placed for exploring the city and secure parking at an additional cost. The breakfast was great. The family lux with the sauna was a great addition to our stay.

We didn't have the breakfast as seemed expensive for what was on offer. Location was great we enjoyed walking around the town and to local restaurants and shops

super lovely staff, very prepared, fast and decisive. the room was as described, bed and pillows were super comfortable unfortunately there was no breakfast available this morning, would have had to go to the nearest hotel and have it there, kind of a bummer.

The washer and dryer are open for use 24/7. There is a water fountain at every floor and the location is central.
