Location was excellent. Perfect for the sunset bars and the morning boat trips. All rooms had some form of outside patio space. This was perfect for lounging at various times of the day. The reception staff pointed us to an excellent massage boutique rather than a typical Thai massage salon.

The location was excellent. Right across from the beach. Railay Beach Longboats right there. Breakfast was good, but food was cold. Pool was really nice.

Excellent location right on the beach and on the main road of Ao Nang. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Nice pool. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby, also lots of tour agents.

I liked the location. It was on the beach and had access to the main road. The room was okay,. The toilet and shower were separated, which is not something you see very often in Thailand. The breakfast was fairly good

Best location, great staff and comfortable stay. Convenient to visit all key attractions. Lot of dining options around - including the inhouse option which is good as well. The tourist /longtail booking center is right next to the hotel - so thats a big plus as well.
