This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the deterioration of the hotel's service level. Even though we asked every morning for our rooms to be cleaned and tidied up, they didn't do it twice, day after day. Each time we returned around 5:00 PM after a full day of sightseeing and discovered that our rooms had not been cleaned and tidied up. It was really annoying. After we complained, they came and tidied up, but we had to wait on the balcony for them to do it. Another thing, nothing dries in this hotel. You hang swimsuits and clothes to dry both in the room and on the balcony, and everything stays very damp and smells bad, like mold.

The pool was amazing. The Internet was excellent. The location was great. Walking distance to everything. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever seen. Amazing choice.

The location is excellent, especially for exploring the area. However, cleanliness could be improved. One major downside is the lack of shelter from the drop-off point to the lobby and onwards to the rooms—you can easily get drenched when it rains, even with a taxi drop-off. The hotel is also very busy, so if your stay includes breakfast, go early to secure a table. I also wish there were a side gate for easier access to the Blue Mountain Night Market—it would really elevate the convenience of staying here.

The breakfast spread was awesome with an amazing variety. There is enough for all types of palates and tastes. 5 star for it. The restaurant's staff manning for breakfast was also very good and extremely efficient, constantly topping up the food at various counters. Rooms are clean and good. Housekeeping is good. Their App, through which u can avail yourself of all services, is quite neat and innovative.

Nice room with a big, shady terrace. AC sometimes creates humidity but adjustments usually help. Breakfast area can be quite crowded, big choice of food.

This is a gorgeous hotel in a great location in Krabi. We had a room with a private pool, the room itself was spotlessly clean and there was nothing to fault - comfortable beds, great facilities from robes & slippers to a good quality hairdryer. The pool & balcony area had an amazing view and we got to enjoy one of the floating breakfasts which I would highly reccomend to try. Breakfast included in the room offered a great variety.
