Everything. Initially I was thinking it was a bit far from the beach, but they have shuttle service till 9pm, which suited me well, and it turned out better than staying near the beach. As the Ao Nang beach area is long, if I stayed near beach, I might have spent more time walking between Night market and the beach. But the shuttle service drops you either to night market or beach, if you can plan a bit, it works out better, unless for a person who wants to stay late in the beach area. Everything else about the property is top class, the behavior, room size, pool, pool timing.

We loved that there was a lot of space for a family. It was well set up with a drying rack outside for your wet swimmers. It had a hose to wash all the sand off your feet and rinse your swimwear right outside your villa. The free shuttle to the beach and town was amazing. So convenient. Because of the shuttle it didn't matter that the villa was slightly out of town. Because it was out of town it made it so quiet and peaceful. The pool was well set up for kids with floaties, toys and towels.

Great facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our kids love the pool. The free shuttle service was super convenient and allowed you to visit anywhere in AO Nang similar to a taxi service.

Fantastic accommodation with a private pool, clean and well-maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful location outside the city center, with perfectly arranged free transport to and from Ao Nang. Stayed for five nights and were very satisfied!

Pool area was nice, sufficient beds with shade and there were lots of floats, snorkeling gear and balls to entertain the kids. The twin bedroom villa was a good size for a family of four, especially with two bathrooms. The free shuttle to and from Ao Nang was really useful and easy to arrange via WhatsApp, and the staff were very friendly. The laundry service was good value. The out of town location meant it was very quiet, yet we were still able to be collected from the villas for various excursions. The air conditioning units worked well to keep the bedrooms cool.

The family villa with 3 BD, 3 BTH was very spacious and pool was regularly cleaned and garden was watered during our stay. The view was incredible but I imagine not all villas would have the same view.

1) private pool and privacy of the inner yard and pool - the kids very much enjoyed swimming whenever they liked; 2) free shuttle service to/from any location in the town - very comfortable and fees like personal driver; 3) staff was very helpful and friendly, esp. the general manager!
