Gary the owner was brilliant very helpful and just a genuine guy nothing was to much trouble will definitely be back again. The food was great home made pies were banging. Smoke was excellent the cookies were out of this world keep up the good work guys.

Big windows let a lot of light into the room, balcony area to relax. Mini fridge. Location had lots of food places near and was a 25 minute walk to the beach. Nice owner as well

Good location to restaurants and the beach, room was spacious and air con worked well. WiFi was good and the provided toiletries were a good touch

Great location and really nice stay! owner is really friendly too. one of the best part the owner has cats and they were just chilling at the lobby. this place ticked all of my boxes :)

The room we got was extremely spacious and had really good air conditioning! The bed was comfortable and overall I would stay a really good base for Ao Nang.

The host is super friendly. The room was okay, would have been nice to have the bins emptied each day and the balcony door was quite tricky to lock but it was a private balcony and we felt perfectly safe. It is quite far from the beach but easy enough to get a grab bike down there, grab cars are a bit trickier (something about disputes with regular taxis) but overall a good value place to stay.

it's very cool place... Gary is a great host..the room we had booked had Aircon malfunctioning.. he upgraded us to a better room at the same price..
