Great rooms and location but not worth the expensive price compared to other places. The service was very mute, no suggestions, not friendly compared to the other places we stayed in Thailand and Vietnam. If the service improved it would be amazing.

Very friendly staff, lovely clean and spacious rooms. Pool areas were great, kids loved the slides and we had no issues with sunbeds, always plenty around (maybe we were just lucky). The kids eating free with parents was a great touch and made eating at the restaurant on a par with outside prices. Only thing that lets it down is the beach area, which isn’t the hotels fault - a very smelly stream running into the seas and lots of rubbish. Overall a great 11 night stay and would recommend then Centara to others

Location was excellent - lots of things close by including a night market and it was a 5 min walk into the busier areas. Staff were lovely, great breakfast, rooms were clean and big, pool was massive!

Incredible resort, the only one featuring a pool adjacent to the beach, delightful bar service, special towels provided for the outdoor pool, and aqua aerobics offered daily at 11 AM. The breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety. Our room had direct access to the back pool, which we really appreciated; however, since it was the children's pool, we couldn’t fully enjoy it due to the noise from all the kids. We rated it an 8 mainly because the hotel’s restaurant was underwhelming. We dined there on our first night and didn’t enjoy the meal. We had to look for another restaurant for lunch and dinner. With a bit more focus on the food, this place could easily reach a potential rating of 9.5.

The best part about the place is that it's right by the beach. They had live music one of the nights, a fire show as well. Pool by the beach is super convenient as well! All of the staff is extremely sweet and nice. Tina and David were THE best! I was traveling by myself and they gave me so much company! Even played some football by the beach one of the days. The rooms are average tbh. They do the job. No complains as such expect that I had booked the room with a city view or something in those lines and it was by a swamp. So too many mosquitoes everyday in the room. Didn't feel like it was value for money but it covers up with everything else. They also don't have a shuttle which I saw some of the resorts do. Would maybe come in handy in you wanna go some distance. Other than that zero complains!

First of all the lovely stuff who made us feel so welcome, the perfect location, the pools with the slides for the kids, breakfast for us was great. We didn’t mind the smelly river since we chose the rooms in front of the pool, you pass by it for a sec when crossing to the beach its nothing for me
