Please note that Ban Sainai Resort does not serve or sell any alcoholic beverages or any pork products.Please to informed that the "Grand Lake View Cottage" room type cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 due to safety reasons.Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.A free shuttle service to Aonang downtown will be available only until 21:45 hrs.Please note that Lunch, Dinner, and Room service are not available for the moment.***Important Notice***2024 will be the new era to us. Renovation and new room design construction plan will occur during July – November 2024.
This will cover area of some specific cottages redesign e.g. The Garden Cottage, the Hill Cottage, Sainai Jacuzzi Cottage, Cliff View Jacuzzi Cottage, swimming pool and the reception area.The noise disturbance may occur during day time of 09:00 am. – 05:00 pm daily. Perfect stay in ao nang area. Just outside the busy streets. Feels like a mini oasis. It's very quite. The view of the cliff is stunning. You can walk to the beach or use the free tuktuk service. Staff is very friendly and the room was perfect. Would recommend 10/10.

Loved everything. The staff was so lovely and considerate and made us feel very welcome. The rooom was beautiful, comfortable and had a personal touch (like small mosquite repellent, biscuits, coffee maker). The pool area is great and overlooks a beautiful scenery with palm trees and a cliff.

The hotel is really stunning, with such great views of the limestone cliffs. it's really peaceful, you can really become at one with nature, just listening to the sounds of the birds and the wildlife. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang to feel like you've escaped, but close enough that you can go there whenever you want. The breakfast was exceptional. Great omelettes and fresh pancakes. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

we stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is built into nature, and in the mornings, you wake up to the sounds of cicadas and chirping birds. There are water monitors, squirrels which are magnificent. It was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely come back.

We were upgraded to the villa which was stunning. The food from the on-site restaurant was amazing! Staff were fantastic! The beds were the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on!

We absolutely loved this place. The staff, facilities, and environment were all amazing. The staff in particular could not of been anymore lovely or helpful.

Lovely resort in a beautiful setting. Bungalows are gorgeous. Loved our stay here. ❤️ The breakfast choices were great. Shuttle service into Krabi very efficient.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooms were private and the jacuzzi was wonderful. The staff was calm and the prohibition of alcohol made the resort peaceful. We loved it.

I loved my room so much it was wonderful and I really liked the location of the resort which is in a nice quiet area away from all the chaos. the staff was really lovely and would go out of their way to help. Just deciding on which room to pick for next time.

Beautiful, stunning location, staff were so helpful , the rooms were so well equipped , breakfast was included and was amazing . Beds comfy - close to Krabi - hotel provided taxi to town
