The resort is in a good location, just off the main street with lots of restaurants, shops, and bars within a few minutes walking distance. There's also a free shuttle that operates between the hotel and the beach, but honestly I just walked since it only took about 10-15 minutes. The room itself was in good condition with all the amenities I needed. The real highlight of this place however is the staff. They truly went above and beyond throughout my stay. On the day I checked out, I was going to take a ferry to Phuket, my next destination. The service was supposed to include a hotel pick-up to take me to the pier, however for a while the car never came. When the reception staff saw that I had been waiting, they called the tour company numerous times on my behalf asking where my pick up driver was. After over an hour of waiting, it was getting late and I was very close to missing my ferry (which only comes once per day). At this point, the hotel concierge said that they would drive me to the pier themselves so that I could get to my next destination on time. Thanks to their incredible service and hospitality, I made it to the boat on time. I truly cannot thank the staff enough, I am so extremely grateful to them and they are simply the best!

The location is superb, being so high up the balcony had unbroken views of the valley. Facilities and services are great also, including a free shuttle service to the beach. The staff are very friendly and attentive. 5 star vibes

I really liked the zone,the rooms and the breakfast. There were a lot of plants,an exotic vibe,the people that were very kind,the food that was amazing,a lot of Thai and International dishes,fruits and drinks. The view from our room was unbelivable. The pool was very clean,it was nothing that disliked me. I would come here again with no hesitation,because this hotel made my vacation more interesting. I liked the fact that I could buy tours from the reception and I could leave my luggage there after check-out.

Room - Spacious and clean Breakfast - Many choices with great coffee Pool - We stayed at pool access room so it was great and convenient. My girls love the pool access so much. The only downside is they complained of dry and uncomfortable skin after swimming in the pool.

Amazing breakfast with egg station and wide variety of western and Thai food, shuttle bus runs every 2 hours to the beach, short walk to restaurants for thai/ halal food. Options for 2 pools.

Love the location which is near to muslim street. Good Breakfast, large room. They allowed 30 mins late check out subjected yo availability. This is our 3rd stay here.

Our room on the 5th floor had a really good view of the Krabi mountains from the balcony. The breakfast was extensive and the breakfast room also had a really good view of the Krabi mountains. The hotel is a short work from everything and has a a regular shuttle to the beach front.
