Very friendly helpful staff - my luggage had not arrived and they were very supportive giving advice. they posted my postcard for me. great location everything including nice breakfast that you could want.

The location was excellent, very close to the beach and shops. The staff were kind. The beds were comfortable and they had AC. There is drinking water in the room.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. Their prompt service truly made us feel valued as guests. Additionally, the location is fantastic—just a short walk from the beach and close to a variety of restaurants.

The tour desk was very good providing great deals and offers (I believe due to being hotel guest) to receive such great deals. As well as air-conditioned room there was also a fan, which made the room more comfortable.

We liked the location, helpful and polite staff. You can ask for transfers to most places at the reception. View from the balcony was pretty cute.
