First impressions were that it needs a little bit of TLC but once we’d settled in we really warmed to this hotel. A bit out of town but that is a good thing and there is an (almost) hourly free shuttle bus all day and into the early evening. We were given an upgrade to a pool access room as it was my husband’s birthday and the room was big with large seating area and balcony. Enormous comfortable bed, nespresso style coffee machine, gorgeous kimono robes and direct pool access. Main pool was also really nice and the 7th floor rooftop bar is a great place for drinks or dinner. Staff were lovely, especially in the Skybar/restaurant. All in all our first impressions didn’t last and we were very pleased to be staying away from the hubbub of Ao Nang itself. A solid 4* rating from us.

We spent 2 nights in the family room which has 2 double beds and 2 extra beds, however it felt too small even for a family with 2 kids. They offered us to move to the suite and added one bed for us. This was a great and big room and we stayed 5 nights. The hotel itself is new and located few minutes outside the main road so it is very quite place. We had a car so was no problem to get to the city (the hotel also has shuttles). The stuff is really great. We enjoyed our time

20 minute walk from the main street in Ao Nang but perfectly far away enough to not hear any of the noise, with a free shuttle into the centre every hour. Fantastic staff brilliant airport taxi service even stopped at a shop for me on the way to the airport. Fabulous hotel would highly recommend.
