The hotel is in a great location for the shinkansen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean but the bed was very hard.

Near JR Shin Aomori.New Hotel room is new ,have many AC outlets. Room is Toyoko inn's standard. Breakfast is better than another Toyoko inn hotel, many choices.
