• very comfortable stay, convenience store (lawson) with atm and restaurant located directly below the hotel • close to many eateries • service staff is very attentive and nice • air conditioning works well unlike other hotels with central air conditioning • very helpful staff when we wanted to send our luggage to our next hotel (luggage sending slips located in hotel room as well)

Overall the hotel is clean and larger in size as compared to similar hotels. Very suitable for small family. Good quality Toiletries and we were delighted the hotel also provide bath powder for bath tub. Very polite and helpful front desk and restaurant staff.

Location was good, located along the Main Street with convenient store at the ground floor, many choices of restaurants around the area. Rooms are new with all the facilities one might expect from a modern Japanese hotel.

One of the best business hotels in Japan. The bistro downstairs is so convenient and stylish, with good food, which adds to the appeal of the hotel.

Great location, very easy to walk to from the main train station. Also great location for exploring Aomori. Hotel is very modern and comfortable with a really lovely breakfast buffet set inside a nice coffee shop in the bottom as well as a conbini accessible from the hotel lobby.
