Breakfast was incredible. Such fresh food. The view was stunning and we really appreciated the location and comfortable beds. The Nebuta room was so beautiful.

We really enjoyed the hotel and thought it was great value for money, and a really good location for the city. The room was comfortable and staff were very friendly. We didn't really enjoy the breakfast. I'm gluten free (and also only enjoy a western style breakfast,) so there was only a couple of things I could eat. If you enjoy having dinner for breakfast then I'd highly recommend the buffet breakfast!

Really nice Hotel, that was clean and nicely presented. Friendly, helpful staff, and located close to some good izakaya. Buffet breakfast was excellent - definitely worth it

It is wonderful to visit Aomori in winter to enjoy the snow scenery. The highest snow is taller than me. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Aomori City. The room is clean, too. The hotel staff are very nice. All in all, I enjoyed the trip.

Huge room for 4 people with beautiful decor - different to the standard hotels we have been in … loved the pastel tones and the beds were really comfortable. Great location (in the heart of the city) and so many incredible amenities - loved the entrance lobby too. Really friendly staff too. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is great for discover Aomori, we are able to get everywhere easily. Lobby is very nice with all the traditional Nebuta. Free apple juice is delicious.
