The fine print
It is compulsory to wear a cap and flip-flops to access the Spa.The indoor pool and Spa (AquaSpa) is not available from Monday to Thursday from 5 to 7 pm.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. I had a two and a three year old with me. It was brilliant for them. Wide selection of foods at buffets. All common areas beautifully maintained. Indoor playground alongside the sports bar was brilliantly located. Staff lovely and friendly especially Paulina at the sports bar.

Generous sized room, sheep could be heard from our balcony (in the adjacent field) which we loved, beds comfortable, linen clean, room was warm in winter, views nice from balcony

Everything was fantastic and well thought out; however our water, at times, would come out brown, and we were not confident to drink it. Otherwise everything was seamless. And I thought we were going to get a balcony with a view, but that doesn't take away the fun we had.

The spa was beautiful. Also there are many facilities you can do various activities like Padel tennis, spinning, tennis court.

Enjoyed the pool area with the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Appreciated the 'no children' time slot in the evening. We stayed in the apartments and although the dining room was a short walk away with 2 lifts/elevators, it wasn't unpleasant in any way. The buffet-style meals were delicious with plenty of variety. Apartments were comfortable and adequate for our needs - we didn't spend much in the apartment as most days were spent at the near-by ski resort. We hired a car and drove to the ski slopes, but there was a shuttle bus available as well as a ski-hire shop on the premises. Staff were super-friendly and helpful.
