Nice area with green trees, clean rooms, shower, good lighting, mosquito net, WiFi, Airconditioner, fan, good communication with owner who guided me well with information about bus from Anuradhapura to Kandy. Good sit out.

Lakeside Villa is located close to (2min walk) but it is not directly at the lake. The location is nevertheless good you can walk to restaurants, ATMs, bars in 20 minutes along the lake. Small stores where you can buy water and snacks are just a 2min walk away. The room, beds and the bathroom were clean. We had an AC in the room which was very nice. The host was really nice, he helped us to get a driver to Anuradhapura. The price was okay and the driver really friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located near the Kubichchankulama Lake. Walking distance to lake and city. Very spacious and very comfortable room. Recommended for everyone. Real value for money.

Our stay in Anuradhapura was amazing. We felt really welcomed in this hotel. Room is basic, but all necessaries are covered and we hadn’t any problems with moscitos due to the net. There is also a kitchen (and a fridge) that you can use. We cooked and had nice dinners every night, talking to Thilanka. He’s really really nice. The owner is as well really friendly and helpful, we rent one day bikes and as well a motorbike. If you want to rest a bit in the hotel, there is also the possibility to sit in front of the house/ the balcony. The hotel is in a nice, calm neighborhood. Totally recommendable if you look for a friendly place, in which you also learn a bit about the culture it you are open for it.

Place and the room was as explained in the site. All mentioned facilities were there cleaned and quiet. AC, hot water shower, bath room all were fine.Staff was very supportive. Planning to stay there next yr visit too. If anyone searching a place to home stay in peace meeting essential facilities for their pilgrimage,lakeside villa is ideal.
