We booked for an early check-in. At first, there was a problem that it was not possible anymore but staff tried their best and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes which was great. They were understanding, responsive and kind !

Very friendly staff and nice and quiet location, close to the exit to the highway. Direct tramline to the city centre.

The hotel is modern with good facilities such as fresh water dispensers, a small supermarket and the breakfast was good. The location is close to bus and tram stops for easy city access. Parking underneath the hotel is convenient.

The location is good, not far from the tram station. The cafe and restaurant at the ground floor are also pretty nice.

Nothing was too much trouble for the kind staff, even when we arrived after 11pm. I couldn’t get the electric car charger to work, so they used the hotel card to help me charge my car and then I paid separately. They let us keep our car in the carpark after checkout. Very friendly to our son. We got a huge beautiful room for a good rate on a Monday night. Gigantic bed, sofabed, kitchen area, big bathroom. Cool Olympic theme throughout the hotel). Antwerp hosted the 1924 Olympics).
