Very nice room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom facilities. The toiletries from Nuxe were so nice. Had a very relaxed stay. And the location is simple the best.

Room 17 is far from the showcase photo the hotel advertise. The room is strangely arranged, with IKEA furniture etc the bathroom and the glass overlooking the room is really strange. No parking but carpark not far. Great central location

This hotel is in a stunning location for central, 'old town', Antwerp being directly across the square from the Cathedral. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a view to the Cathedral which, for us, was worth the extra cost. Our particular room had a lovely bench seat running the length of the window. There is a (small) lift up to all floors from behind reception. The decor and 'bathroom' are as quirky as they looked in the photos; there is a curtain that can be drawn around the glass walls of the bath / shower if wanted. Some reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has plenty of cafes and restaurants, so eating out in the evening was never a problem and we ate very well at the places around the cathedral only a minute from the hotel (Xaverius was superb, we ate there twice; Elfde Gebod was ok (not what it was hyped up to be and very noisy); 't Putke was very good and the waffles at House of Waffles made for a great lunch).

The location is fabulous… the cathedral is right on the doorstep and it’s about a minute away from the Grote Markt. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and genuinely couldn’t have done more to provide excellent customer service. The room was on floor 5 and overlooked the cathedral square too, which was an added bonus! Would definitely book again!

Great location in centre - good view of Cathedral (see photo taken from bedroom window). Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was comfortable, slightly quirky bathroom arrangement. Plenty of eating opportunities within a 5 minute stroll.

The property is in a perfect location for the old town. The communal areas and rooms are stylish abcs the reception staff are warm, friendly and attentive. We loved everything about the property, particularly the vintage musical equipment on display in reception and the view from our room over the square from our shuttered window.
