Perfect accommodation. Excellent location. Hosts were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent. Comfiest bed I’ve slept on whilst on holiday, shower was very powerful. Will definitely be going back.

Fabulous location - very central and right next to the Cathedral & Christmas market. Great accommodation and really helpful host/owner. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Antwerp.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property and I loved it both times. The location is excellent and it is only 5 minutes walk to the centre/shopping area. If you're driving there is a public car park 5 minutes walk from the property. The accommodation is spacious and I love the decor. The owner is lovely, he kept in regular contact with us and had someone meet us quite late as we were delayed in traffic. They also checked the public carpark to see if there would be spaces when we arrived as it was the first weekend of the Christmas Market. My go to place to stay in Antwerp.

A very central location to explore the old part of Antwerpen. The Deluxe Suite is so beautiful with antique fittings and an amazing stain glassed window. The mini bar was stocked with a range of beers and wines at supermarket prices. The Belgian beers even had matching glassware. The bed is very comfortable with good quality sheets. Definitely would stay here again. The cocktail bar Tazu is an absolute must as is Dogma. If you like live jazz with a cool ambiance go to De Muze.

Charming really does describe this lovely b&b. From the quirky room (we stayed in the Burgundian) to the attentive service, it really is quite delightful and certainly unique and full of charater. Our room was huge with a spacious seating area, kitchenette (complete with a well stocked beer/wine fridge), and outdoor seating area. The bed was really comfortable and although just a stones throw from the historic centre with multiple bars and restaurants, it was very quiet. The breakfast was a feast with a wide range of meats, cheese, breads, pancakes, and fruit. Nicolas and staff were friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for dining out and places to visit. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and unique place to stay.

What a wonderful stay! I have travelled a lot and this is by far the nicest guest house I have stayed in. This is a beautiful property that has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Nicholas is an excellent host - kind and welcoming and attentive. Ronald was also great and showed us our rooms, which are comfortable and very well-equipped - everything we could have needed was there. Breakfast was also excellent and very reasonably priced. The location is great - very central but on a lovely quiet street. I highly recommend Charming Suites Jan Zonder Vrees - I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else if I come back to Antwerp. The location was excellently located to explore a beautiful part of Antwerp. Quiet location with easy walk to Antwerp station, 25 min. The apartment is beautiful with a well stocked mini bar at normal cost price. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. Our host Nicolas was very charming and super helpful.

A lovely find with lots of character, nice and quiet but close to the town centre, and a parking garage around the corner. Highly recommended!
