Location to eating or dinning out, cloths or souvenir shops. The view from on the top-level of the city and the volcanoes. Very rustic and beautiful styled Venu. Polite and extremely helpful staff. Awesome price.

I loved the ambience and the green plants and different places you could sit and relax in the common areas. A beautiful roof terrace and comfortable beds and good breakfast.

The staff were lovely. The room was lovely too although it was very dark. They allowed us to store our bags there while we Hiked overnight. The bed was the softest I've had in Latin America so far which was needed after the hike. Breakfast as good too. the rooftop was lovely

The hotel had a very nice courtyard, beautiful flowers in some places, and the interior and textiles were neatly replaced and had a wonderful artistic feel. My family was also very pleased with the view of the volcano and the city of Antigua from the roof top. The hotel was conveniently located for sightseeing with easy access to major tourist attractions and many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The hotel is very central, walking distance to Calle del Arco and lots of ammenities and possibilities to eat, museums etc. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, the sound of the fountains, the water, there is free water and jamaica to drink in the afternoons there is tea. Often is about the little things and I think this hotel is on spot on this! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are beautifully decorated. Breathtaking scenery from the terrace. Nothing to complain about these hotel. The breakfast was also delicious. I miss the müsli with pepitoria they serve with the fruits and yoghurt.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Both front desk and cleaning staff were cheerful, helpful and very accommodating. The breakfasts were good ,(lots of fresh fruit) however it could be more varied. We were there for 9 nights and breakfast was same all the time. Bottom line ... we would stay here again.
