Very nice located in a guarded neighbourhood. Very quiet and clean. Great staff. Absolutely gorgeous hotel.

Property is in a gated community, so access is easiest by uber, but this only cost about $3 into the centre, so very manageable and safe. You can get food delivered easily and the staff are more than happy to help if you have any queries! Pool is nice and the rooms are an amazing size. They are all quite unique, as I travelled with 2 other guests (all in our own rooms) but they were all lovely in their own manner. Hot water in the shower and baths, spacious rooms, huge beds and extremely pleasant. Amazing worth for the cost and a lovely getaway. The breakfast was a lovely inclusion and the fruit with yoghurt was definitely the best option - very big! Amazing rooftop view of the volcano, highly recommend!
