Great location within Atitlan with really friendly staff who were very helpful. The rooftop has an amazing view of Fuego Volcano.

The hotel is beautiful with outstanding terrace views of the mountains on a clear day. Very nice design, eco friendly with fresh water available in the halls and hot water and coffee/tea.

One of the night boys allowed us to check into the room when we got to the hotel (7:30 in the morning). We had been traveling overnight and were so grateful to him for letting us check in so early at no extra cost. I think he may have gotten into some trouble for it, but I really hope not as that was such good customer service, and it really made the stay so much better for us! Liked the outdoor space though the weather didn't permit much use of it. Rooms were always cleaned to a high standard. Free tea and coffee station. Front door was always locked so felt very secure.

Beautiful location with nice roof terrace where you could see all three vulcanos. Lots of places to sit in the hotel and they offered free water, coffee and thee.

Las Camelias is in a convenient, central location and the rooms were very quiet. The terrace is a nice spot to relax. The coffee they serve in the morning is really good too.
