TodEverything was perfect. I am leaving very happy after staying in this peaceful hostel and being able to help at the same time with my stay. They organize tours to Acatenango Volcano, and they are truly professional. I am very happy to have chosen Esperanza Hostel.

My stay at Esperanza Hostal was simply exceptional. I stayed for one night, but the experience was so positive that I would definitely choose this place again in the future. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their attentive and warm attitude made me feel welcome right away. Every question I had was answered with a smile, and any request was promptly addressed, which showed the team’s commitment to providing excellent service. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and cozy environment. Additionally, the hostel’s location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, which adds great value to the stay. In summary, I highly recommend Esperanza Hostal to any traveler looking for a place where hospitality and comfort are guaranteed. My brief stay there was an excellent experience.

The hostel is super amazing. I did an ATV tour with them around Antigua. They offer coffee every day, and they also have a trip to the Acatenango volcano, but unfortunately, I couldn't do it due to lack of time. However, the hostel is super peaceful, and I will return soon.

"I had a wonderful stay at Esperanza Hostel. The room is nice and cozy, and the kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped. Additionally, I love that the revenue goes directly to their NGO, which makes the experience even more meaningful. I will definitely come back and recommend it to others!"

During my recent stay at Esperanza Hostel, I had a very pleasant experience. The hostel is undergoing several improvements to provide better service to its guests, which is noticeable. Although there were some areas under renovation, this did not significantly affect my comfort. The staff was very attentive and ensured that my stay was as pleasant as possible. Additionally, I booked the Acatenango volcano tour through the hostel and it was a fantastic experience. Everything was well organized, from transportation to the guide. Safety and comfort were priorities during the tour, allowing me to fully enjoy the incredible view from the summit of the volcano. Overall, I recommend Esperanza Hostel for those looking for comfortable accommodation and a convenient starting point to explore the Acatenango volcano. The ongoing improvements only promise to make the stay even better in the future.

My experience at Esperanza Hostel was exceptional. The terrace is really beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Additionally, I bought the ticket to Panajachel with them and everything was well organized. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I spent one night at Esperanza Hostel and it was a fantastic experience. Although breakfast was not included, I had the chance to try their delicious options available for purchase. The atmosphere of the place was cozy, the facilities were clean, and the staff was very friendly. Additionally, its location is perfect for exploring the area.
