Please note that a €60 end-of-stay cleaning fee for the apartments is not included in the price. You may choose to pay this fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Parking is available at a cost of €20 per day, €75 per week, or €190 per month, but the car park is not suitable for vans, large cars, or camper vans. Breakfast is available at €13 per person per day, with reservations required the night before. Pets are welcome for a fee of €20 per day or €75 per week. A valid bank card must be presented at check-in for the security deposit.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nice personnel, friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the city center. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen equipment was nice (but not frying pans).

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was newly renovated with elegant materials and we had a lovely view to the Mediterranean, Antibes old town and Nice with the snow topped mountains behind the city. Big balcony with a dining table for 4 persons. Everything in the building functions very well and the whole staff is so nice, warm and helpful. I strongly recommend this place for everyone! Also the location is excellent with bus and train connections all over France situated practically next door.

I was met everyday with friendly and helpful staff. The pool was very cold (but it was expected since Winter was approaching) and the view was better than advertised. A 2 minute walk in any direction gave quick and easy access to the bus and train station as well as the the local pharmacy, shops and Boulangerie.

Excellent location, took train every day and bought pastry near train station in the morning, and visited market when arriving from a hike.
