Monday: 08:00-12:00, 16:00-19:00 and Saturday: 09:00-12:00, 15:00-19:00.If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.Prices include: all taxes and fees (except for the city tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 towel 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel bath mat), cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes) , basic WiFi and 2 bathrobes.The outdoor pool is open from May to October.For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. The view of the port was superb. It was close to a nice restaurant - La Famiglia, and to a small supermarket - Carrefour as well as being five minutes to Antibes central square which has been redesigned and very user friendly. Very close to a modern. Comfortable cinema showing VO movies

Location for us was good as near station, old Antibes, beaches, fort & museums . Property had everything we needed, good balcony with view of pool and also harbour and mountains beyond,

The location is perfect opposite the marina, in the heart of the old town close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The swimming pools were brilliant or had the potential to be brilliant and the grounds were so pretty. Much better than expected. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and crockery, better than many places

The view was amazing! In the end of September pools were chilly, but they looked very attractive too =) The beach was just 7 mins away

Very friendly reception staff. Assisted us in English with any query or ask. Size of the appartment was great. You can order fresh bread and pastries for the morning at the reception. Underground parking is spacious. Many pools. Clean white sheets and towels.

The pools were amazing. Wonderful balcony, with room to eat. Location just a few minutes walk from the restaurants, galleries, and also close to the train station.
