Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque. The property will contact you directly to organise this.The hotel reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Guests arriving outside reception hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance.Credit cards are used for pre-authorisation of your booking and can be charged upon arrival.Please note that the property entrance is located on a small side street called Impasse Maurice Fantino.The closest car parks are: 'Q-Park Antibes', 'Port Vauban' or at the post office and guests must pay for parking. Reservation of parking spaces is not possible.In the event of damage to the property, the hotel will charge the full cost of the property damaged.Pets and smoking in rooms is not allowed. In case of violation of these rules, the hotel charges a fine of EUR 150.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Wonderful, nicely designed, simple place in a pretty perfect location. Lolita, the hotel manager, is delightful.

A small hotel in a short cul-de-sac, so very quiet. The entrance and the common parts are bright and very pleasant,and there is a lift. Our room number 5 was very nice,as I am sure the others are,the room is nicely decorated and a reasonable size,the bathroom is excellent,with a very good shower and the products supplied are good. We found the beds very comfortable. There is coffee and tea available. All in all we liked it, only there for one night, but we would have been very happy to have stated for longer. The hotel is very well placed for restaurants and getting round Antibes

Perfect location, quiet and clean room. Never met receptionist/owner, but was sent access code and good descriptions. It felt like an AirBnB more than a hotel. Not a problem, just to set expectations.

Very friendly and helpful Lolita, hotel manager. Small hotel very close to town centre. Spacious, comfortable room. Free one hour parking (not July or August) available in Parking de la Poste, 300 metres walk from hotel.

Amazing location in the middle of Antibes. Host was super friendly and helpfull. coffeemaker and free coffee in the room, and the cheapest minibars I've ever seen. the room was clean and quiet.

Location was absolutely perfect, couldn't be better for our needs - just off the square and short walking distance to restaurants and train. Also Lolita was very helpful. Kept in constant contact throughout our stay and also arranged taxis for us when we needed them. Absolutely spot on and excellent choice for what we needed.
