There is a 24h reception which helps even your flight is late.the loaction is near of tram station and even shops and markets.the reception person was very helpful.nice breakfast.everyday my room was cleaned.

On arrival, the male receptionist was rude. No other way to put it. Only English he knew was "passport" and he asks in a demanding tone. From there onwards, the hotel improved greatly. My room was small but clean and comfortable. The following morning, the women at reception were most kind and gracious. Most friendly and happy to chat and give advice. Breakfast was pretty standard for turkey - eggs, olives, cheese ect. One thing this hotel has that stands out is its gym. Decent squat rack, good amount of weights and dumbells.

The hotel is at a great location to get around the city - you can easily walk to the centre and marina, and there are many bus stops and a tram stop nearby. The room was clean and spacious,.with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The room was.cleaned daily. The sauna and steam sauna were a nice addition. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is our third time staying in this hotel as always ,rooms was good and clean. coffee and tea other drinks in fridge, safe in room, room service ,friendly staff good breakfast

It is really nice hotel, good location,30 minutes walk from seaside, breakfast was really good,many options for everybody. We had room on ground floor and during night we heard everything from street, but that’s fine. Definitely recommend. Thank you
