The staff were very welcoming and helpful, I wish I could remember the name of the one who was nightshift he was really really helpful at all times. The rooms were very clean, the food was really nice too.

The staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to help us despite the language barrier and us having extra requests that come with travelling with bikes. The staff were always patient and helpful with us. The breakfast and lunch service were also delicious, and the rooms were so clean and spacious.

Nice and big clean swimming pool, Good selection of breakfast Safe and free car park Nice and welcome staff members Cleaning done every 2 days Location it’s close to city centre if you’re driving, plus you can get public transportation very close to the venue Plenty shops and limited restaurants close to venue Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the quietness, value of the money and location which was very good for us. I am pretty sure they will sort out the degradation issues and wifi connection in the future and we can rebook again same location!

The property is stunning, beautiful and is a great place to relax by the pool, read a book. It’s a vacation spot for solo or couple or even family. The restaurant staff are so professional and superb also very clean and helpful. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome. Cannot commend you enough. Thank you hospitality team. Reception very welcoming and helped us book some great excursions. Also very welcoming and friendly thank you.

Lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds. Ground floor room I was in which was 105 was a little dated, kitchen area adequate however no cutlery or plates and pans provided unless you were staying over 5 nights and you could ask for them. It had kettle and tea and coffee sachets provided and some water for your first day. Bed was king size and really comfortable. No English channels on the TV and the sofa in the lounge very dated with cigarette burn in it. Maid service every other day.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, especially the 2 ladies at the reception, always smiling 😃 and helpful. The restaurant staff are so welcoming, Miray, with her smile 😃, the housekeeping staff are the best.i recommend for everyone.
