I had an amazing experience at Luna Hotel Kaleci! The location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to key spots. The food was delicious, and the ambiance added to the charm of the place. A special shoutout to Buraq and his brother, who were incredibly kind and cooperative throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The staff as a whole were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I can’t wait to visit again! Booked through Booking.com and everything was seamless.

The hotel is situated right in city center, all main points of interest are within 10-15 minutes walk. The personnel was quite helpful and present at all times, namely 24/7. Despite a bar being right at the ground floor, it is not noisy in the room, not sure how it works, but its a fact )))

Owner is such a nice guy, very friendly, and welcoming. Awesome location! It is right along the main street in Old Town. That being said, be prepared to know this when booking. Main Street = Loud. Recommend for those who love the hustle and bustle. Tons of shops, restaurants, and bars around, one minute walk to the seawall, everything is right at your fingertips. Hot water in the shower, good pressure. Mini fridge. Good WiFi. Kettle in the room.

Everything was fine, the location is great - plenty of bars and restaurants which also means that it gets quite loud at night so make sure you bring your earplugs :)

The hotel owner/staffs were very friendly and there is a restaurant owned by the Hotel just downstairs. Although, there is no lift in the hotel but the owner helped us to carry the luggage upstair. The location was perfect for younger people as it is just in the middle of busy old town and at night there are multiple beer places/restaurant downstair with very energetic vibes.

Location is perfect. Its located in the heart of the Kaleici. Its surrounded amenities, bars, restaurants. Personel Ahmet was so kind and helpful. He helped us on checkout to carry our luggages and also offered us a coffee for our early morning checkout.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the center of the old town. The location is very convenient, close to historical attractions and local spots. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are cozy and provide everything you need for a short stay. The owner and the staff were polite and helpful, though the service could be a bit more attentive at times. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a place to stay in the old town without expecting too much luxury. The hotel is centrally located, which is great for easy access to all the sights, but it also means that it can get a bit noisy, especially in the evenings. I would like to extend a special thank you to the owner, Burak, and the administrator, Ahmed.

The location is in the center of old town, lots of restaurants nearby, you can walk to the park, the beach and to the tram stations. although it's in the center, I think the walls are soundproof as I couldn't hear anything from my room in second floor. The staffs are friendly, they helped me get a taxi. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. Lots of drawers.
