Mr Ares is just an amazing owner! An apartment was clean, there was everything you need staying for several days (washing powder, gel for dished, tea, coffee, salt, etc), good bed, washing machine, air conditioner, internet. Also there was free transfer from the apartments to the beach. The location is nice - easy to go to the city center by bus or walk along the sea.

Overall good experience. - Ates the host is very kind, he even helped us get a taxi when our scammer airport transfer got cancelled. - Apartment is spacious and clean.

I’m in love with this place. Street and area around are very nice, cozy and calm. Very close to Duden waterfall, lots of restaurants around, taxi and public transports stops in few minutes from apt. Very nice guarding apartments zone. Nice outdoor area with clean swimming pool. There is an elevator. Check in was in time and very fast and friendly. Room was perfectly clean! Here were water, tea, coffee, sugar, teapot, full kitchen. Perfect hot water in bathroom, laundry machine and washing powder, hair dryer, lots of towels. In night time here was absolutely quiet. Room and guest room with large wide windows - that’s perfect. Big tv in guest room. Cozy balcony with side sea view. Thank you, Ates and your team! It was my the best booking! Waiting for stay at your place again.
