It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The hotel’s amenities, including the pool, spa, and fitness center, were immaculate and exceeded all expectations. The variety and quality of food at the restaurants were impressive, catering to both local and international tastes. We also appreciated the seamless check-in and check-out process, which saved time and made the entire experience stress-free.

The indoor pool looked really nice. Had other spa options such as hamam, sauna and steam room. Location is really good, close to old town bazar, has a mall 15 minute walk and not too far from konyaalti. The room itself was very spacious and therpom facilities provided were great.

Upon arrival we were greeted amazingly by the staff but I was extremely happy with the service given by Sait. Sait was so genuinely helpful and his aura was great. The following day Fatih and Tolunay were also helpful and accommodating. To be honest every staff member we came into contact with were very accommodating. The facilities were good and we had a relaxing stay.
