The accomodation was faultless. The older gentleman at the reception very kind and helpful. The room was so much more than we expected & deserved for the night. Wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy and appreciate it! We were just passing through this time, to break up our long drive. We could have stayed right in the centre of the action (old town, next to shops, etc.), but we chose this place for the safer snd easier parking it offered. We definitely made the right call, and if we are passing through again, or when we're visiting Ansbach properly, we absolutely will be booking the same room again. No bells & whistles, but just simple, clean, big, and very comfortable. Particularly Loved · Our massive, MASSIVE, room! · Bright & airy room thanks to the windows · Huge bathroom (two basins!) · Plenty of ledge space in the bathroom for the ladies to put down cosmetic & skincare stuffs · Generous amount of towels · Proper table & chairs! · A separate desk & chair one could work off · Nice & firm, squeak-free/noise-free beds · Clean · Lovely reception (good English) · Great value for money · Safe & free parking within hotel grounds

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and very comfortable room. The next morning before we left we met a lady receptionist and she was very polite, she went out of her way to accommodate us. One of the best receptionist we have ever met. Many thanks

*Purpose of this trip ---- "Kaspar-Hauser-Festspiele" 　　(Long cherished dream) *The reception desk staff was so kind & helpful & friendly. Gabriela, she gave me a lot of info about Ansbach. Thank you so much!! *Close to Hofgarten (One of the important places for Kaspar Hauser) *Easy to go to city center & station *Lovely clean room & bathroom *I could stay in Ansbach. One of my dreams has come true. "Danke schön"
