Your company took my payment over the phone, did not pay the hotel. Now my 2 year old child and I have no place to sleep tonight after paying $117.41 ! Shame on you for running a scam!!! My daughter and I had to sleep in a place without running water and now your company is making me go through hell to get my money back for a hotel room I was not able to stay in.
