Beautiful resort! Property and area is very nice and natural. We walked from the train station, which took about 30 minutes. Is not close to downtown if that is what you are hoping for. Staff were very kind upon arrival and upgraded our room. Room had a beautiful view overlooking the lake. Was stunning! Bed was comfortable! Robe and slippers were available in the room. Room had a safe as well. The spa was very nice! The sauna was wonderful and the shower with different settings was unique. The pool in that space was not very warm, but had numerous sets of powerful jets. Was supposed to do an ice thing, but we didn’t understand how. Outdoor pool space was very nice but we didn’t go in as it was cold outside!

Lovely corner room with terrace overlooking the Lake. Beautiful position above Annecy with easy walk to the centre. Food was excellent and the staff all very friendly and helpful.

The bedroom and views were great and so were the staff. The interior decor was beautiful and obviously chosen with great care. Would live to return in the near future.
